Fine Cut Labels Direct provides next day delivery as standard, on orders* placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and Christmas shutdown).
We endeavour to keep a minimum of 2000 labels of each variety in stock at any one time for immediate despatch, however we provide no guarantee that your order will be in stock or will be delivered next day.

Fine Cut Labels Direct believe you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchases, however in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your labels or simply wish to return them, we are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied so please inform us in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt, quoting your order number and stating a reason for the return.
Fine Cut Labels Direct abides by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act 2000, therefore a full refund will be provided, including original delivery cost, for all purchases completed on the Fine Cut Labels Direct website.
Fine Cut Labels Direct requests that all refunded purchases are returned to us as soon as possible. Cost of returning the products is the responsibility of you, the consumer, and will not be refunded unless you are returning faulty products.
Fine Cut Labels Direct will process the refund and reimburse monies within 30 days.
